Description

Model TDH29 is a 3-part folding timber loft ladder with 12 treads. Fully assembled and ready to fit. Supplied with timber frame casing 1175mm x 680mm to suit an opening of 1200mm x 700mm approx.

Model TDH291 is a 3-part folding timber loft ladder with 12 treads. Fully assembled and ready to fit. Supplied with timber frame casing 1130mm x 550mm to suit an opening of 1150mm x 570mm approx

Fully insulated trap door.

Suitable for all Floor to Ceiling Heights up to a Maximum of 2814mm.

Suits virtually all applications - no inside loft clearance required. Simple height adjustment. Complete with Operating pole and fittings. Provides safe and comfortable access and suitable for most loft openings.

Max Loading 150kgs.
