Description

Telescopic Loft ladder constructed from Anodised Aluminium tube.
Rubber Feet in base.
Fully assembled and installs by fitting just six screws on a steel cradle ( the cradle is 105mm Deep & the Overall Width of the ladder & springs is 520mm )
Overall width at base 435mm
Standing Tread width 310mm x 60mm Deep
Two models available for heights between 2.17mt and 2.88mt Maximum.
Minimum Hatch Size Required : 510mm Wide x 600mm Length
Trap Door NOT SUPPLIED / Trap door must open downwards for the loft ladder to operate correctly.
Angle of inclination 65° to 75° depending on the Floor to Floor Height.
150kg Rated to EN14975
