Terms And Conditions

Ramsay & Sons (Forfar) Limited* terms and conditions for your access to and use of the ‘Website’ is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using this site. These terms and conditions apply to the goods and services from the company*, to you the customer, and by ordering, you agree to be bound by them. Our terms and conditions will take precedence over any terms and conditions supplied or referred to by you the customer. No part of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.

Acceptance
When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer by you to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or not accept any order at our discretion. Dispatch of your goods will signify our acceptance of your order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us the seller and you the customer under these terms and conditions.

Descriptions & Advice
All images and illustrations used on this site are for illustrative purposes only to show the product described, as accurately as possible. We aim to provide accurate material descriptions, sizes and weights of all the products, but due to developments of the products, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and such information should be treated as a guide. The contents of this site do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or not making any decision.

Prices
All prices shown are for use on this website only and those prices quoted are used at the date of delivery of the goods. We reserve the right at any time to adjust the prices shown. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Payment
This is by credit card only and payments will be processed through WorldPay. A full VAT invoice will be posted to you and will arrive separately from the goods. You may pay by cheque, however goods will not be despatched until cleared funds arrive in our bank account. This will delay the delivery of your goods.

Delivery
The delivery of goods will generally be undertaken direct by our own drivers and vehicles within the timescale given for the products. However some items may be delivered by a carrier at our discretion. Every effort will be made by us to deliver your order within the specified timescale, however we cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date. Our delivery service is restricted to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact our sales department for additional delivery requirements and costs.

Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 10 days after receiving the goods. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 10 day period. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition together with a copy of the delivery note and your reason for return. You the purchaser will be responsible for the return carriage & insurance costs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred or handling charge to the goods once returned to ourselves. Please note that we Do Not refund the original delivery cost for the goods. Once the goods have been inspected by ourselves we will issue the relevant refund against the original payment card or cheque.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by telephone or email quoting your order no or reference. If the goods have been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, unless otherwise agreed with ourselves.

Faulty Goods
We will offer to replace confirmed faulty goods at our cost. Please contact our sales department to arrange replacement.

Indemnity

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
